Rescue The Children Game Night

February 2nd, 2024

Rescue the Children is a protected, secure environment that provides emergency and long-term services to at-risk, abused, homeless, or previously incarcerated women or women with children. The community provides women and their children a place to get away from destructive lifestyles, offering a place to heal, learn, grow, and ultimately become productive members of society. We will be joining them in a Friday Game Night, filled with food, bike repair, and some fun board games!

City Church Connection Event

March 10th, 2024

CrossCity Missions will be partnering with City Church, a Sunday night church service held at the City Center in Downtown Fresno and pastored by Mark Snee, in partnership with the Fresno Mission. The Fresno Mission is our longest running local partner, who serves the needs of so many in our community. We will be bringing our GrillMasters team to serve dinner to the congregants, and join them in their church service on Sunday evening, March 10th.

Sanger PD Outreach

April 13th, 2024

CrossCity Missions is partnering with the Sanger Police Department in throwing a free event for the community of Sanger. We will be serving free food, providing free bike repair, and running a game station for the children and families in attendance.

BlueJay Pantry Food Distribution

June 10th, 2024

CrossCity will be partnering with the BlueJay Pantry, a free food pantry funded by the Central California Food Bank, and located at Jefferson Elementary School in Clovis Unified. The BlueJay Pantry hosts multiple food giveaways throughout the year. They serve over 300 families throughout CUSD, and are open to any families with children enrolled in their district. We will help with the loading and unloading of food, checking in of families, deliveries of families without access to transportation, and the clean up after the drive is over.

Kirk & King Elementary Family Night

Kirk: February 21st, 2024, & King: February 22nd, 2024

CrossCity Missions will be partnering with Kirk and King Elementary, as well as Waterford Company in facilitating a family night with students and their parents in a goal to cultivate community between educators and their students and families. This is to encourage and equip parents to better support their children’s education, and academic growth. We will be cooking dinner, and playing games. Both events will be held on the school campuses, and will be at 5pm.

World Impact Outreach

April 27th, 2024

World Impact has a heart to see our city flourish in Ministry, Businesses, Neighborhoods, and Homes. CrossCity Missions believes in getting outside the four walls of our church and, by partnering with World Impact, have the ability to “transform ministries together”. We thank you for having a heart to join us in serving our community, together. This event will take place at Hidalgo Elementary School at 3550 E Thomas Ave, Fresno, CA 93702. There will be food, bike repair, games, and the opportunity to minister and love on the community of Downtown Fresno. The event will be April 27th, at 9am.

Pinedale Salsa Festival

May 10th, 2024

The Pinedale Salsa Festival is one of CrossCity’s longest standing events! This is a huge outreach opportunity, and we want to bless Pinedale Elementary with our efforts. By bringing volunteers to run the games and food areas, we’re continuing to build a long term relationship with the school and the community.
